Job Description:
Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of content, including but not limited to:
Website content (product information, disease awareness, corporate information)
Blog posts and articles on relevant pharmaceutical topics
Marketing and promotional materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements)
Patient education materials (leaflets, guides, FAQs)
Scientific and medical content (summaries, reports, publications support)
Social media content
Video scripts and storyboards
Internal communications
Research and Understanding: Conduct thorough research on medical topics, pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (medical doctors, pharmacists, researchers), marketing teams, regulatory affairs, and other stakeholders to gather information, verify content accuracy, and align messaging.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to relevant pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and company standards (e.g., ABPI Code, FDA regulations).
Target Audience Adaptation: Tailor content style, tone, and complexity to suit different target audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and the general public.
SEO Optimization: Optimize digital content for search engines to improve visibility and reach.
Content Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of content calendars and content management systems.
Performance Measurement: Contribute to the evaluation of content effectiveness through relevant metrics and analytics.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, medical research, and content marketing trends.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
Sound understanding of medical terminology, scientific concepts, and the drug development process.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
Ability to interpret complex scientific data and translate it into clear and accessible language.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices is a plus.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new topics and writing styles.
