We are looking for a creative, research-driven content professional who can bring our preschool centers to life through authentic storytelling, on-ground exploration, and parent-centric insights. This role blends writing, field visits, content capture, and behavioral research — ideal for someone who understands digital trends and loves observing real learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing & SEO
· Write blogs, articles, and content pieces that are insightful, parent-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
· Develop narratives around child development, programs, centre experiences, and parent FAQs.
· Conduct keyword research, competitor mapping, and parent trend analysis to guide content direction.
On-ground Storytelling
· Visit centres regularly to observe classrooms, learning routines, events, and interactions.
· Collaborate with centre directors, teachers, and parents to uncover unique stories.
· Provide monthly insight reports based on field observations and parent behaviour patterns.
Content Capture
· Capture high-quality mobile photos/videos showcasing learning moments, events, and center life.
· Coordinate with centers to plan shoots and ensure brand, privacy, and safety guidelines are followed.
· Supply region-specific content for digital campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
Cross-functional Collaboration
· Work closely with design, social media, curriculum, marketing, and operations teams.
· Support regional events and parent engagement activities from a content and research lens.
Analytics & Reporting
· Maintain trackers for centre visits, collected content, and published outputs.
· Analyse blog/SEO performance to understand what resonates with parents.
· Recommend content strategies to improve engagement, authenticity, and reach.
Skills & Qualifications
· Excellent writing and storytelling ability.
· Strong research skills — understanding parent behaviour, search trends, and TG insights.
· Basic SEO, social media, and CMS knowledge.
· Creative eye for photography and mobile videography.
· Comfortable visiting centres frequently and interacting with teachers, parents, and children.
· Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects.
· Background in early childhood education is a plus, but not essential.
