Job Title: Copywriter / Content Writer
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Mode: Full-time, On-site
Working Days & Time: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Experience: 4–6 years
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter / Content Writer to join our digital team in Andheri (East), Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media content, short-form copy, and brand communication, preferably within a digital or advertising agency environment.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling, on-brand content for various digital platforms, supporting brand strategies, and collaborating closely with designers, account managers, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation
• Write clear, engaging, and original copy for:
• Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Ad copies (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display Ads, etc.)
• Website content, landing pages, banners, and emailers
• Short-form content such as reels scripts, video captions, one-liners, and hooks (Must have good experience in Short-form content)
• Adapt tone of voice and messaging as per each brand’s identity and target audience.
• Copy Editing & Quality Control
• Edit, proofread, and refine copy to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Ensure all content is error-free, high quality, and delivered within deadlines.
• Brand & Content Strategy
• Contribute to brand positioning, content calendars, and campaign ideas.
• Support in developing content strategies aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.
• Brainstorm with the creative and strategy teams to generate concepts for campaigns and launches.
• Client & Business Understanding
• Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience for each project.
• Interpret briefs and convert them into compelling, result-oriented copy.
• Research & Trend Awareness
• Stay up to date with digital, social media, and content trends, especially in e-commerce and D2C.
• Conduct basic research on industries, competitors, and audiences to strengthen content direction.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Core Skills
• Strong ability to write compelling, concise, and impactful copy for digital platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to edit and refine copy for clarity, impact, and brand consistency.
• Proven experience in short-form content writing (social media, ads, scripts, etc.).
• Experience
• 4–6 years of experience as a Copywriter/Content Writer.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency is mandatory.
• Experience working on social media brands across different industries is preferred.
• Exposure to brand strategy, positioning, and campaign ideation is an added advantage.
• Additional Skills
• Understanding of client goals and business objectives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Keen interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media trends.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
Educational Qualification
• Preferred: MBA in Marketing / MBA in Finance/ Any

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
