Our client headquartered in Mumbai (Malad) is a brand marketing agency which specializes in experiential marketing activations, events, exhibitions and digital marketing solutions.

Job Brief

In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and impactful content tailored specifically to our diverse target audiences in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors. Your ability to craft engaging narratives, understand industry-specific nuances, and implement effective content strategies will be crucial to our social media success.

Responsibilities

· Develop an integrated social media content strategy for both B2B and B2C target audiences, aligning with overall marketing goals and brand positioning.

· Create high-quality, industry-specific content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, social media posts, videos, infographics, and other visual assets.

· Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive analysis, buyer personas, and market insights to inform content development and ensure relevance.

· Craft engaging and persuasive content that speaks directly to the needs and pain points of our B2B and B2C audiences, positioning our brand as a thought leader and solution provider.

· Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in both B2B and B2C industries, and leverage this knowledge to create content for our brands.

· Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to develop visually appealing and shareable assets that support social media initiatives

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) will be preferred.

· Proven work experience in creating content for both B2B and B2C industries.

· Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles, buyer personas, and target audience preferences.

· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt writing style to different industries and target audiences.

· Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing social media platforms’ content, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

· Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization strategies to drive organic visibility and traffic.

· Creativity and the ability to think strategically, generate innovative ideas, and tailor content to engage diverse B2B and B2C audiences.

· Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
