Adventum Student Living intends to build a cutting-edge, technology based platform to provide end-to-end solutions to international students to achieve their dreams. We have started the journey with UniAcco (Global Student Accommodation platform) last year and have launched UniCreds (Marketplace for education loans) recently. These two consumer tech-led companies enable students to have the most hassle-free experience in reaching their educational goals free of cost. Because we believe dreams shouldn’t be compromised under any circumstances.

UniAcco aggregates Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) properties on its online
platform and enables customers to compare, consult and choose these properties through this platform. Guarantor, visa consultation, banking and financing services are also offered by us and these are delivered through our strategic partnerships. Our product enables the searching and leasing of PBSA properties.

We are looking for talented Content Writers to join our growing Organization! In this role, you will be working closely with our passionate marketing team.
Responsibilities:
• Create content that resonates with the company’s vision and policies
• Daily engagement on social media channels, building a follow ship, Manage and take ownership of content from long-form articles to short-form bite-sized content for performance marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
• Edit and improve the content- Blogs, SEO web pages, long-form guides.
• Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (websites, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, etc.)
• Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
• Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Source images and other content
• Revise copy based on internal feedback/direction
• Keep updates of industry’s best practices and monitor competitors’ websites/ social media platforms
• Work closely with marketing team members
Required Skills:
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Great research, organizational, and learning skills
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with SEO
• Strong research skills
• Proficiency in major digital and print platforms
