Job Description
Legends League Cricket is seeking a Content writer to join the Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cricket. Candidate should ideally identify the brand voice and tone, through effective and clever messaging. Should have passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful sports marketing campaigns for company's growth. The Candidate will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on digital sources of media.
Responsibilities
• Write engaging and thoughtful copy across social, print, video, digital for various projects such as mailers, digital campaigns, web content, sales collateral, PR related functions, scripts
• Have good knowledge of SEO tools and CMS Management
• To experiment with various content platforms (Quora)
• Take creative briefs and generate fresh copy in line with the brand
• Collaborate with brand marketing team and various cross functional departments
• Edit and proofread copy whenever necessary
• Ability to manage multiple projects within the stipulated timelines
Qualifications
• 4-5 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in English, writing, journalism, or another relevant field.
• Experience in Sports copy writing and content writing
• Outstanding writing and grammar along with editing skills.
• Must have handled campaigns for brands and written for digital ads.
• Highly organised and able to manage many projects at once.
• Should be aligned with current social media trends.
• Must work with tight deadlines and a fast-paced work life
