We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom-designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Role
We are looking for individuals who have a passion and drive.
Someone who is an individual contributor, can multitask, and is quick and agile.

Scope
Develop content for all internal and external comms for all business verticals including Real Estate, Design, Architecture, hospitality, eStore etc
Willing to go extra mile to research, collaborate and co-create
Great at Time management, problem solving, research, grammer & vocab, creative writing, proof reading and editing

Expectations

Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create compelling written content, including captions, posts, articles, blogs, and other forms of digital content.
Craft visually appealing and shareable content using images, videos, and graphics.
Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand voice, style, and values.

Accountability

Research and identify target audience preferences, interests, and behaviours to tailor content accordingly.
Stay updated on the latest marketing techniques, tools, and platforms to maximize social media effectiveness.
