• Key Responsibilities
• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics / trends to develop original content.
• Creating content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
• Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns and marketing collaterals.
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
• Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
• Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the companys current content.
• Decision Making Framework
• Research for new ideas and come up with suggestions.
• Discuss with team members, brainstorm, and shortlist final ideas.
• Research keywords. Review resources to determine the angle and positioning of content.
• Set the narrative and flow according to the target audience / consumer (engagement).
• Share first draft with team members for review, feedback, and suggestions.
• Make necessary edits / changes.
• Submit final content for approval.
• Publish across relevant channels of media and communication

Requirements6. Qualification And Experience Requirements Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree.
• Major in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related fields. Minimum Experience:
• Freshers can also apply. Minimum 6 months experience is preferred.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems. Job-Specific Skills:
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of solar industry desirable
• Well versed with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Comfortable working in Australian shift (5AM TO 2PM, work location - Noida Sector 62, U.P.
