JOB OVERVIEW:
We want someone who is eager to create. Someone excited to turn their creativity into
reality. In this company, we collaborate on every major aspect of the app, thus you’ll need to be comfortable with providing value on various projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREA:
1. Deep love for memes, short videos & influencers, and writing clear, attractive copy
with a distinct voice.
2. The ability to reach out to and collaborate with various content creators, and
influencers and also interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
3. Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages, and public
communication.
4. Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and
plans.
5. Ensure that the content is compliant with copyright and data protection laws.
6. Analyse content marketing metrics, make changes as needed, and create content that
should be fun and exciting for youth with attractive subject content.
7. Identify users’ needs about the company and write content to cater to those needs.
8. A good understanding of social media algorithms & virality, collaborate with
designers, PR, and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects
(e.g. email campaigns and landing pages).
+. Ability to write awesome captions is a plus and regularly produce various content
types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers.
10. Work with the marketing department to get an understanding of the short-term and long-
term marketing content requirements and then develop content strategies accordingly.
11. Creating content that will catch maximum customer interest with a clear and attractive
copy with a distinct voice.
12. Update the website, social media, and content pages periodically.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
1. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, email marketing, and web analytics.
2. Excellent writing skills, editing, and proofreading skills as well as the ability to
communicate and collaborate effectively.
3. The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and proven experience as a
copywriter or related role.
4. Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
5. Strong research skills, Creativity, Collaborative spirit, excellent time management,
and organizational skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.
2. At least 1-4 years of creative content writer experience.
SHIFT TIMINGS:
1. Day Shift – 10:00 AM to 6 PM.
2. Working Days - Monday – Friday.
3. Hybrid work ( noida location )
