JOB BRIEF: I am urgently hiring for the profile of 'Creative Content Writer' at our esteemed organization Nursing Next Live for the Sector-+, Noida- 201301 location.
POSITION: Creative Content Writer

We are looking for a candidate who is well-versed with the concept and approach of EdTech Industry and has enough passion and energy to take the company to the next level.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. You will be taking care of all types of creative content writing (non-scientific) requirements such as, SMS, Emailers, Blogs, Articles, Website Content, App Content, Social Media Platforms, Script Writing, Tag Lines, Marketing Slogans, Jingles, Brochures, Leaflets, etc. in short From MACRO to MICRO Level.
2. You also need to build new strategies to increase followers and engagement on social media platforms.
3. You are also responsible for doing the coordination with designers for the finalization of social media creative
4. From Time to time you also analyze the Competitors on social media and analyze social media trends
5. In order to give your best results, you need to understand the Product (Nursing Next), Segmentation, Target Audience, Customer Behavior, Customer Pattern, Needs & Wants, Market Competitor, and Current Companies Marketing & Content Strategies & approach. This will be your continuous process as consumer behavior, needs & wants keeps on changing and accordingly we have to change our marketing content approach and the branding style and pattern.
6. Time to time you need to develop new strategies & ideas to content the audience in an innovative manner, where the audience can make our brand more authentic, reliable and Trustworthy.
7. Your primary responsibility will be taking care of the product Nursing Next Live and any other upcoming product in Nursing Next Exam Prep Private Limited but you will give your inputs in departments other social media pages to maintain the uniformity. You will be expected to give your contribution for other subsidiaries of the parent company like Nursing Knowledge Tree, Nursing Next Social and Target High
8. You are also supposed to respond to the comments on social media on time
+. You will be responsible to edit medical/scientific & Non - scientific content for print books & digital content for Nursing Next Live.
10. You need to go through the content in-depth and check all the scientific and grammatical errors and whenever required you need to develop the content on your own to make it right.
13. You need to take ownership of your work and whatever assignments will be assigned to you will be done diligently and on time.
14. You have to enhance your skills from time to time to make your work more productive and quality-oriented.
15. You have to be a little flexible & open-minded in your work & on the need to focus the styles as per the need and want of the assignments.
16. You will be doing the quality check of the video lectures and other promotional videos, you need to give your inputs in video scripts.
17. You need to do editing /creative content writing of various Nonscientific/marketing-related content for the website/SMPs.
18. You have to be involved in quality checks for all Nonscientific content from Pre to post-uploading.
1+. You need to make sure that your work and working hours should be completed, if any day there is any priority work that requires more time then you should be flexible for the same.
