Role Overview
As a Content Writer , you will be part of the core content team responsible for creating scientifically accurate, brand-aligned, and engaging content assets for our pharmaceutical clients. Your work will directly support HCP education, internal training, and promotional campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of medical writing, clinical guidelines, therapy areas, and pharmaceutical marketing practices.
This is not a regulatory writing or hospital pharma promotional role — it’s pure physician education and medical journalism, driven by curiosity, credibility, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities Content Development
Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of medical content including:
Leave-behind literature (LBLs)
Detail aids and brand story decks
Product monographs and therapy explainers
KOL speaker notes, interview Q&As
CME modules and advisory board materials
International Conference summarization
Writing course modules and learning objectives
Transform complex scientific data into clear, concise, and compliant messaging for healthcare professionals.
Client & Brand Collaboration
Align content with pharma client briefs, therapy focus, and brand strategy.
Work closely with client servicing teams, medical reviewers, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
Medical Accuracy & Compliance
Ensure scientific accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with ethical guidelines (UCPMP, GPP).
Cross-check references from peer-reviewed journals, guidelines, and approved product documents.
Content Adaptation & Repurposing
Repurpose scientific event content into summaries, highlights, and social-ready snippets.
Prepare visual aids, infographics, and supporting copy for MSL and field force use.
Preferred Skills & Background
Education: MPharm / BPharm / BSc / MSc (Life Sciences) / MBBS or equivalent
Experience: 2–5 years in medical/pharma content writing (agency or pharma experience preferred)
Excellent writing and communication skills with strong command of English
Understanding of clinical data, brand messaging, and HCP communication styles
Familiarity with pharma compliance norms and referencing standards
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
