Job Description
We are looking for an ideal candidate should have minimum 1+ years of experience in copy-writing and collateral content development with knowledge in SEO, collaborator and passionate about developing effective content that tells the story of the brands & services.
Location: Pune
Qualification: Bachelor or Master in Mass Communication, PR, Marketing or Journalism.
Responsibilities
• Ideate, develop, and streamline high-quality content through thought leadership articles, brochures, blogs explainer videos, infographics, industry reports, client case studies, newsletters, whitepapers and more
• Developing content strategies and pitching ideas to the Managers.
• Editing and proofreading new content before publication.
• Assist in the creation of digital collateral materials as needed, such as blogs, Emailers, brochures, one-pagers, product decks, case studies, etc.
• Assist in video scripting and storytelling
• Create website content with tags and meta-tags and known aspects of near search engine ranking factors and best practices
• Write compelling press releases
• Draft e-mails for campaigns
• Prepare and maintain editorial calendar and find new arenas to repurpose existing content and re-distribute to boost content viewership in creative ways
• Create social media content such as captions and micro-blogs
• Implement SEO best practices in content writing to drive organic traffic to the company
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in content and creative writing
• Innovative thinking and the ability to understand the purpose and context for content being created
• Exceptional writing and editing skills (to deliver non-plagiarized content and consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for different audiences
• Strong understanding of keyword density and keyword relevancy (SEO methodologies)
• Experience in creating content for any type of Industry
• Proficiency with MS Office tools like MS Word and PowerPoint
