Job Title: Content Creator and Graphic Designer
Location: Avanti Skin Clinic, Aundh Pune

Salary: up to 15000 INR per month
Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and innovative Content Creator and Graphic Designer to join our team at Avanti Skin Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and editing engaging video content for our social media platforms, as well as designing graphics and visuals for digital and print media. The candidate must be proficient in using a mobile phone to shoot and edit videos, as well as be able to design visually appealing graphics for web and print media.
Responsibilities: • Plan and create engaging and high-quality video content for social media platforms • Design graphics and visuals for digital and print media, including social media posts, web pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials • Write and edit blog posts that are both informative and entertaining • Develop and execute content strategies that align with company goals • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into content creation • Collaborate with other team members to ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and values • Manage and maintain social media platforms, ensuring all content is timely and accurate • Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner • Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that support company initiatives • Analyze and report on the performance of content and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, graphic design, or a related field • Proven experience in content creation and graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work • Excellent video editing skills, with experience using mobile phone editing apps • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in blog writing • Understanding of social media platforms and trends • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office
