· Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role

· Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

· Experience doing research using multiple sources

· Familiarity with web publications

· Excellent writing and editing skills in English

· Ability to research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)

· Ability to work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

· Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation

· Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

· Ability to conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

· Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

· Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)

· BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
