Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting
Formal training and experience as a content writer or editor
Experience writing engaging copy for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns is required
Understanding of marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices across both digital and offline platforms is required
Experience producing in-depth content for a drug development or diagnostics audience is required
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strategic mindset
Resourceful, creative, and pragmatic approach to content creation
Strong storytelling ability, with a background in biotech or biopharma sectors
Understanding of marketing processes, the buyer journey, and demand generation
Ability to influence and lead teams towards achieving common goals
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style suited to working in highly matrixed and global organizations

Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities without missing deadlines

Submit intake documentation and follow processes for asset development and deployment
Data-Driven Improvement: Use sales and customer feedback along with purchase & performance data to continually refine and improve the content produced
