Job Summary:
Social Media Marketing Expert spend their days planning and executing social media strategies, creating, and publishing content to a variety of platforms, and interacting with their communities and audiences. A Social Media Specialist also needs to measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms, including
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Analyze social media metrics and use data to make social media strategies.
• Develop and manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
• Write clear marketing content to promote products/services.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand voice and target audience.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, questions, and messages promptly and professionally.
Skill Sets:
· Proven working experience in Social Media Marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
· Experience in LinkedIn Marketing
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience in Tech and Non-Tech content writing
· Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
· Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Work Exp:
· Proven 3.5 to 5 years of working experience in Social Media Marketing.
Qualification:
· Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
Additional Requirement:
· Ready to travel to the office when needed.
· Candidate should have own laptop /system + Broadband connection
