Shisham Digital, a dynamic digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented Content Writer Specialist to join our expanding team based in Gurgaon.
What You'll Do:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Content Writer at Shisham Digital. A Content Writer Who Can Turn Words Into Conversions will be responsible for crafting compelling ad copies, landing page content, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
• Write high-converting content for a wide range of landing pages, promotional funnels, and product comparison pages
• Create engaging blog posts and educational articles that align with different stages of the customer journey (awareness, consideration, decision)
• Research and develop news-style articles and timely updates on trending topics in tech, digital tools, and learning
• Craft SEO-optimized content frameworks for interactive experiences like quizzes, product finders, and recommendations
• Analyse user intent and competitor messaging to produce high-impact, performance-focused copy
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to optimize on-page content structure, CTAs, and storytelling
• Apply best practices in copywriting, user psychology, and engagement to drive conversions
• Monitor content performance and iterate based on A/B tests, user behavior, and analytics tools
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or journalism
• Strong command of English writing – clear, concise, and persuasive
• Experience writing for landing pages, affiliate marketing, or eCommerce is a big plus
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, etc.)
• Ability to adapt tone/style for different audiences and industries
• Comfortable with tight deadlines, content calendars, and multi-project juggling
• Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads landing page structure, and A/B testing copy
