Responsibilities:
Develop and write clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and other digital marketing materials.
Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to ensure the accuracy and credibility of the content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and clients to gather information and insights for content creation.
Create content that is optimised for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, grammar accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to incorporate them into your content strategies.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, style, and tone.
Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and interactive content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Contribute to content planning and strategy discussions by providing creative ideas and suggestions to improve content effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
Proven track record of creating high-quality content for digital platforms.
Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from reliable sources.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimise content for search engines.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant software tools
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred but not mandatory.
Attention to detail and the ability to deliver error-free content within deadlines
Strong organisational and time management skills.
