Job description
Are you passionate about transforming complex clinical data into impactful scientific publications? This role is for experienced professionals who thrive in end-to-end publications management and enjoy working closely with global stakeholders.
🔬 What you’ll do:
• Lead publication planning and execution
• Develop and review abstracts, posters, oral presentations, and complex manuscripts
• Create scientific slide decks, infographics, PLS, and communication platforms
• Ensure scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and branding adherence
• Collaborate with medical writing, project, and graphics teams
• Manage publication timelines and workflows using DataVision / PubsHub PM Solution
• Mentor junior writers and conduct peer reviews
• Engage directly with clients and authors
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 8–12 years of publication writing experience (pharma / med comm)
• CMPP certification (preferred)
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific publications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Life sciences background (M.Pharm / PharmD / PhD / relevant degree)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Research & Write SEO-based content and edit your own write-ups.
• Provide unique and creative content for posters, banners, videos, etc.
• Work on brochures, e-books, etc. whenever required.
• Write Landing Page content whenever required.
• Edit Writers’ content and help them to improve content wherever required.
• Train new Writers on categories.
• Handle a few website categories.
• Coordinate with TL for the betterment of website categories.
• Collaborate with Social Media Executive for content creation.
• Collaborate with Designers for Design ideas and provide content accordingly.
• Experiment with content/ SEO to generate more leads.
• Undertake and experiment new ways (independently/ with team) for lead generation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years of writing and editing.
• Strong command over the English language
• Experience working in the Education sector is a major plus point.
• Ability to handle and mentor Writers.
• Knowledge of On-Page SEO (Mandatory) and Off-Page SEO (Optional).
• Get-going attitude towards any kind of new task.
• Great collaboration and interpersonal skills. • Work in a fast-paced environment. • Innovative, enthusiastic, quick thinker and self-motivated. • Ability to execute multiple tasks on time. • Proficiency in basic designing softwares such as Canva/ Illustrator, etc gets brownie points. • Doesn't shy away from experimenting with uncharted ways of marketing.
Work Location: Learntech Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. #80 (Old No.4), 'D' Main, East End, 9th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore-560041
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
