We are expanding our team and are looking for content writers / Prompt Engineers who would be interested in joining Spectrum (Deputed at Client).

Job Responsibilities :
What You Will Be Doing :
Creating High-Quality Content for Various AI Models :
Develop conversational prompts and responses.
Create generative prompts and responses.
Write description prompts.
Provide detailed descriptions of videos with or without audio.
Summarize video content.
Generate image captions.
Create video event captions.
Evaluating Human or AI-Generated Prompt-Response Pairs :
Score prompt-response pairs on multiple parameters and categories.
Provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements where applicable.
Comparing and Rating Multiple AI-Generated Prompt-Response Pairs :
Evaluate and score prompt-response pairs based on various parameters.
Refine and enhance responses as needed.
Qualifications and Skills :
Required :
Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.
Experience with large language models and AI systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for language and storytelling.
Ability to think creatively and solve problems, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
Proficiency in English with a certification in any of the below professional language proficiency exams :
CEFR Level C1
IELTS Band 8
TOEFL Score 110 and above
CPE Grade C
CAE Grade A
TOEIC Score +45 and above
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective collaboration skills within a cross-functional team.
Preferred :
Certification in Content Writing / Prompt Writing.
Good to have :
Certification in Python Programming and Data Science.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Earth Science, or a related field from one of India’s premier institutes / colleges or universities.
Fresh Graduates / Post Graduates from Tier 1 universities in Tier 1 cities with specialization in one of the subjects. Honors graduates are preferred.
Proficiency of at least C1 in English from Cambridge assessment standards or IELTS band 8 in Reading and Writing.
Master’s or PhD in the relevant fields is an added advantage.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant libraries is preferred.
