We have over 500 staff, and operate multiple award-winning B2C brands including Racing Post, MyRacing, Soccerbase & Free Super Tips in the UK. In the US we operate Pickswise & Fantasy Alarm. Our other businesses in the group are ICS-digital and ICS-translate. Our global B2B division provides sports betting and fantasy sports content, media partnerships (including a joint venture with Spanish publisher, AS) & much more.

Job context:
Spotlight Sport Group will provide a media client with two Korean speaking-language websites. We are looking for people to focus on the horse and greyhound racing website.
The two websites that SSG provides will each deliver news, tips, predictions, previews and statistics for the sports they cover.
This position will be remote, based from home.
Reports to:
Head of Content - Korean
Job purpose:
The job is to research and write engaging news articles on horse racing and greyhounds, along with producing articulate predictions and betting tips around matches, races and events. The content must be written in a timely manner to service regular site content to a predefined schedule.
We are looking for people with a good knowledge and interest in sport and/or racing who can generate significant volumes of engaging content with impeccable standards of accuracy worthy of publication on respected sports and racing authority sites.
Key responsibilities:
• Create and deliver compelling sports content with a global and local focus
• Ensure the content that is delivered fulfils the needs and expectations of both the audience and stakeholders
• Ensure the output of all content is of the highest possible quality and delivered in a timely manner
Requirements:
Essential:
• Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Korean
• Passion and knowledge of horse racing
• Excellent content writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• IT literate
Desirable:
• An understanding of racing and sports betting content in the Korean market
• Experience of using content management systems
