Job Description
Our government client requires a Content Writer/Technical Writer for 12 months + Contract in Darwin.
The Content Writer/Technical Writer is to deliver and implement system management plans that underpin a new digital heath system. The Content Writer /Technical Writer will also develop and implement schedules for in-scope system management plans.
Essential Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience writing and editing, with the ability to communicate complex digital health related content clearly and engagingly (content includes but not limited to; functional, business and integration requirements)
Demonstrated ability to successfully work on multiple concurrent tasks, dealing within competing pressures, multiple stakeholders, unplanned change and meeting tight timeframes.
Demonstrated ability of effective application of document configuration, standards and guidelines to edit, standardise, and maintain version control of material.
Responsibilities:
Translate complex digital information into accessible content for diverse audiences, including healthcare providers and technical and administrative staff.
Design templates and establish standards and guidelines for maintaining system management plans.
Develop and manage the schedule for system management plans within the defined scope.
Ensure all in-scope system management plans are delivered on time.
Work closely with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, and Product Specialists to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Maintain a comprehensive audit trail of all document changes.
