Job role:

We are looking for an experienced technical content writer and content strategist to craft simple, user-focused content for our products. Your work will help customers and advisors find the answers they need, when and where they need them

Responsibilities:
• Produce well-researched content for publication online on how to use the technical product
• Understanding of basic usability principles
• Crafting content plans and using data to make decisions
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
• Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content

Requirements:
• 4 years and above relevant work experience
• Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience writing sleek, user-focused content
• Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex matters easy-to understand for non-technical people
• Experience in researching, outlining, and writing technical content such as guides, studies, and papers.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)
