People For Action (PFA) is a non-profit Organisation in India that takes action to address the issue of improving learning outcomes for students in secondary schools in India. PFA's Transform Schools Programme works in partnership with the state schools in Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal and Telangana that aims to deepen its impact and expand to additional states in the country.
Transform Schools intends to increase its reach to 20 million children by 2030. Using its powerful models and high-quality resources to transform - teaching, learning, school management, enrolment and equity. This will enable it to change the life trajectory for millions of children and their families in India as education transforms lives.

About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Create engaging learning content for secondary grade students for Mathematics and English
• Plan and create digital learning resources like audios, videos, comic strips, graphic presentation, etc.
• Create the learning resources for students and teachers of secondary grade level in the form of workbook lessons, digital content (like, audios and videos), and some form of the reading material
• Develop 3 to 4 units along with preparing written guidance for teachers, and receive supervision and guidance on how to make a high quality learning resources
Note
• Candidates meeting the above requirements may send their application consisting of a cover letter mentioning why they think are suitable for the role
• The objective of these learning resources will be to support children to deepen the understanding of the prerequisites for grades + and 10 and fill in the learning gaps created over the years
