Type: Full-Time Employee/ Consultant
Work Location: Chennai (Work From Office)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understand the existing/ new processes (Business & Development) in and around the company and produce various content types for blogs, social media posts & descriptions, emails, monthly newsletters, case studies, and white papers on a daily basis.
• Come up with blog structures (for different types of blogs) according to the company's ethos.
• Write clear content to promote the products/services with adherence to the content expectations of the company.
• Ensure all-around consistency (writing style, fonts, images, and tone).
• Edit content produced by other members of the team.
• Active coordination with the Digital Marketing Team, Creative Team, and the HR Team for curating new content.
• Collaborate with other departments in the company to create innovative content ideas.
• Submit work to the Reporting Manager for review, feedback, and approval.
• Optimize and update website content as needed.
• Enthusiastically participate in the company's events (technical sessions/ knowledge sharing sessions/ games/ fun activities) for coordination of content of marketing activities with the Digital Marketing team.
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
• Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes in the content as needed.
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in the existing content and recommend new topics.
• Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
Requirements:
• Any degree fresher with excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Portfolio of published blogs/ articles (with a minimum of 10 blogs)
• Blogs/ articles written related to the IT industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Maduravoyal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
