About Company:
myUpchar is the largest health content company in India, co-founded by alumni of Stanford University with rich experiences at Amazon and BCG among other leading global firms. Our mission is to solve the healthcare awareness and access problem in the country through local context and languages.
Currently, the platform receives around 11 million users monthly. Funded by Omidyar Network, Nexus VP, Shunwei Capital, Rajan Anandan among other prominent investors, we are working towards improving healthcare awareness and access to quality doctors for 1 billion Indians. We also have a strong community of hundreds of doctors who provide consultations to patients, free of charge.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Compose creative posts, SEO articles, and blogs
2. Possess excellent writing skills with an editorial sensibility and a strong command of the written word, including spelling, grammar, and sentence structure
3. Ensure that the material is clear, consistent, complete, credible, and ready for publishing
Requirements:
1. Have a good understanding of translation from Hindi to English for the Hindi content writer and from English to Hindi for the English content writer
2. Possess basic knowledge of SEO
