Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and optimizing website content, blog posts, articles, and other digital marketing collateral. You will also be responsible for conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to inform your writing.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Write SEO-friendly content that engages the reader and ranks well in search engine.
• Conduct competitor analysis and plan content to increase organic traffic for the website.
• Understand and utilize keyword research to produce content that is both informative and optimized for organic traffic.
• Distribute content across social media, forums and other relevant websites to get backlinks and referral traffic
• Guest posting on relevant websites
• Prepare content briefs for writers and manage writer Kanban
• Work with the marketing team to develop an overall content strategy that aligns with business goals
• Write compelling copy for website pages, blog posts, email campaigns,
• Optimize existing content to improve organic traffic and search ranking
• Monitor web analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience and knowledge of SEO best practices.
• 2+ years of professional writing experience, with a strong portfolio of work
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
