Job Description
1. Manage and grow Prakrit Stays' Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest accounts
2. Plan and execute monthly content calendars
3. Write engaging captions, reel scripts, hooks, and CTAs
4. Create and coordinate content for Reels, Carousels, Stories & Static Posts
5. Engage with followers via comments and DMs
6. Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
7. Write and update website content (property pages, about us, experiences, FAQs)
8. Research, write, and publish SEO-friendly blog articles related to travel, Jaipur, stays, and experiences
9. Optimize content using basic SEO best practices (keywords, headings, meta descriptions)
10. Repurpose blog content into social media posts and captions
11. Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and brand alignment
12. Communicate the Prakrit Stays brand story through stays, guest experiences, and local culture
13. Work closely with the founders/operations team to gather on-ground insights
14. Suggest content ideas based on seasons, festivals, and travel trends
Basic paid marketing support (Bonus) (Advanced performance marketing is not mandatory):
1. Assist in setting up and running basic paid campaigns on Instagram & Facebook
2. Support content creation for ads (copies, creatives, variations)
3. Monitor performance metrics and share learnings
