Good Writing skills (work on documents in detail)
Software doc writing skills
Detailed knowledge of document structure and components involved in an end user documentGood understanding of SDLC, DDLC, Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework (At least basic idea of the process flow)Good Knowledge of different Documents, like :
User Guide , Functional Doc, Release Notes, Implementation Guide, Installation Guide, System Administration Guide, Quick Reference Guide, Online Help Guides, Functional Requirement DocTools proficiency (Adobe, MS office, Confluence will be an added advantage)Good Communication SkillsCreative skills both in writing and developing e-content like videosBetter knowledge of working on PPT's, should be creative to modify the slides and maintain the context and flow of the topicKnowledge on style guides like Microsoft Style Guide (MSTP)At least basic knowledge in designing e-learning courses and working in Learning Management Systems
