Job Title: Continental Chef - CDP (Chef de Partie)
Locations: Pune (Maharashtra)
Kannur (Kerala)
Mangaluru (Karnataka)
Salary Range: 26,000 INR to 30,000 INR per month (Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary: As a Continental Chef - CDP at our premier American authentic burger restaurant, you will hold a pivotal role in our culinary team. Your primary responsibilities include the preparation of a wide range of continental dishes, ensuring top-tier food quality, and contributing to the restaurant's overall culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute a variety of continental dishes with precision, creativity, and consistent excellence.
• Uphold the highest standards in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create, refine, and update the restaurant's continental cuisine menu.
• Lead and guide kitchen staff, participating in their training and ensuring an efficient and harmonious team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and impeccably hygienic kitchen area.
• Efficiently monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation.
• Adapt and learn rapidly in a high-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Hotel Management is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in continental cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of preparing various continental dishes, including burgers, pasta, hotdogs, sandwiches, wraps, coffee, mocktails, steak, rice bowls, and desserts.
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• High grooming standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work in shifts.
