Job Role And Responsibilities : • ● Live assembly, reheating and regeneration of the food items. • ● Make hand tossed pizza. • ● Will act as line staff for food preparation as per SOP. • ● Will manage stock par level for ensuring availability of all food items. • ● Ensuring High standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety. • ● Daily Record maintenance. • ● Maintaining self and area hygiene. • ● Responsible for managing the kitchen/ food preparation area during the shift. • ● Stock inward/outward verification.
