Prepare continental fast food: white/red sauce pasta, burgers, sandwiches, fries, garlic bread, etc.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and portion control
As Outlet Manager:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the café/outlet
• Supervise staff, allocate duties, and maintain discipline
• Handle raw material inventory and daily stock entry
• Ensure timely service, customer satisfaction, and hygiene
• Coordinate with owner/management for supply, maintenance, and reporting
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience as a continental cook or QSR chef
• Good knowledge of pasta, sandwiches, burgers, beverages
• Leadership and basic management skills
• Must be punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
• Candidates from café/fast food industry preferred
