1- Menu Development :
Design & implement an innovative & diverse menu. Develop & test new recipes that align with the cafe's culinary vision & customer preferences. Regularly update the menu to include seasonal & trendy items.
2- Food Preparation & Kitchen Management :
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standard of food quality, presentation, taste & hygiene. Should be an expertise in continental food preparation. Monitoring inventory levels & managing relationships with the suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
3- Operational Efficiency :
Monitor & control kitchen expenses, minimizing waste & optimizing cost effectiveness.
