The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will utilise your technical and practical construction knowledge to build high-quality projects in accordance with the Australian Building Codes and the ABN Group’s safety standards.

This position is a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity leave cover, supporting the delivery of new and upcoming medium‑density projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordination of project delivery in accordance with contractual obligations including quality and safety
Project purchase and procurement management
Reporting of cost control, cash flow and monthly project tracking
Subcontractor and supplier establishment and management
Collaborate with Project and Site Managers to ensure project deliverables are met
Manage permits and construction documentation ensuring records are kept up to date
Compile and submit progress claims and variations
About You

A high level of team spirit coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. To be considered for the role you will have;

Experience working as a Contract Administrator in the Perth metro region
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound mathematical and analytical skills
Confidence in stakeholder engagement and building strong working relationships
Able to successfully meet deadlines and effective time management skills
Good understanding of the construction industry and different forms of construction and contracts
A self-starter able to work within a team environment
