Job Description
The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing contractual agreements between the company and its clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. This role ensures that all contractual obligations are fulfilled efficiently, in compliance with company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
The Contract Manager plays a key role in negotiating terms, monitoring contract performance, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Negotiate, prepare, review, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure that all contractual agreements comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Monitor contract performance to ensure obligations, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Identify risks within contractual agreements and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Liaise with clients, service providers, and internal departments to resolve contract-related matters.
Manage contract variations, amendments, and renewals as required.
Analyse contract terms to ensure commercial viability and cost effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of contracts and documentation.
Provide strategic advice to management regarding contract opportunities, negotiations, and risk management.
Oversee compliance with operational standards, service agreements, and company procedures.
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure the effective delivery of contracted services.
Prepare reports and performance evaluations relating to contract outcomes.
Requirements:
Diploma of business, Commerce, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least one year of work experience in contract administration or related position.
Annual salary: $77,000.00 + superannuation (40 hours per week)
