We are looking to employ a Contract Administrator to work for our Responsive and Programmed Maintenance to Homes (RAPM) contract in a full-time permanent role which can be based anywhere across Australia. Ventia have been providing services to Homes NSW formerly (LAHC) since 2002, delivering more than 350 000 programs of work annually since then.

About the role
The successful candidate for the Contract Administrator will be an experienced individual and support the Commercial and Stakeholder Manager by administering the commercial items on the contract. Additionally, you’ll be required to:
Develop relationships with stakeholders to yield satisfactory contract administration and performance outcomes.
Carry out investigations and development of reply to client requests including formal communications, tenant complaints and escalations, ministerial complaints, and non-compliance notices.
Work collaboratively with operational teams to support the timely completion of contract reporting (monthly/quarterly/6-monthly) including responding to Principal’s Feedback, and the development of presentations for performance meetings.
Coordination of third-party claims and subpoena investigations.
Support Project Director with contract communications.
Ad hoc requests from the Commercial and Stakeholder Manager.


About you:
Demonstrated relevant experience with a strong understanding of contract administration and ability to read contracts.
Hold a qualification in the legal sector i.e. Diploma/Bachelor etc. or demonstrated working experience in the legal profession. (Legal Clerk, Paralegal etc.)
Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Managing Homes NSW assets, we care for some of Australia’s most vulnerable citizens. Our work involves maintenance services (planned and reactive) and emergency call out, using our Sydney-based National Call Centre which takes calls directly from residents and actions them right through the process.
