About the Role:
This is a hands-on role combining both estimating and contract administration. You will be involved from tender stage through to project completion, giving you full visibility and ownership across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare competitive and accurate estimates and tenders
Review drawings, specifications, and scope of works
Manage contracts including variations, progress claims, and reporting
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams
Contribute to improving systems and processes as the company grows
About You:
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry (essential)
Experience in the painting or coatings industry (highly regarded)
Strong commercial and contractual understanding
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Motivated, proactive, and keen to grow within the business
