Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install shelving, displays, cabinetry, and other fixtures in accordance with project specifications.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installations in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a shopfitter or in a similar role, preferably in retail and hospitality fit-outs.
Proficient in using hand and power tools, including those required for installation and carpentry tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, designers, and other project team members.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
