About the role

Team Global Express is currently seeking a Contract Compliance Officer to join our Team at Karawatha on Brisbane’s South Side

Reporting to the Delivery Partner Manager, the Compliance Officer is responsible for the effective engagement, onboarding and compliance tasks associated with Subcontractor management.

The position will establish trusted partnerships with Owner drivers, Fleet Operators and Subcontractor Agents.

The Compliance Officer will ensure that all Subcontractor partners will be dutifully engaged to undertake the road transport task ensuring adherence to all compliance requirements including relevant State based Agreements

Ensure the Australian Road Freight Subcontractor Agreement meets required standards

Establish and maintain a professional relationship based on shared values ; trust, transparency and partnership.

Manage, monitor and review subcontractor compliance documentation in the TGE Contracts portal ensuring accuracy

Document and maintain records supporting transparent communication

Participate in regular cadence of performance review meetings, ensuring accurate records are maintained

Participation in event and incident investigation with Delivery Partner teams

Actively work with Subcontractors to provide guidance with regards to compliance evidence and activities

Ensure Contractor services are provided in keeping with relevant Freight Service Agreements

Generate reporting and business analytics with regards to Subcontractor compliance and performance

Receive and manage enquiries from potential and existing Subcontractors providing advice and guidance regarding ; recruitment, prequalification, onboarding/offboarding processes

Monitor and control subcontractor industrial instrument compliance activities, including education, remediation and reporting

Support completion of subcontractor prequalification process in TGE Management Portal (Avetta)

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation to support Subcontractor compliance in Avetta

Maintain subcontractor information database (National database providing relevant TGE Business units with a directory of Registered and compliant driving partners.)

Manage, monitor and review subcontractor compliance documentation ensuring currency of relevant insurances and accreditations

Work with HSE Assurance team and subcontractors to address audit outcomes

Ensure Subcontractors are provided and complete relevant Induction requirements to undertake Safe work with TGE and customer partners.
