Job Responsibilities
• Regularly update and maintain Work Orders (WO), Letters of Intent (LOI), and related records in Farvision ERP and physical/digital files.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of BOQs, Work Orders, and Purchase Order data within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with site engineers, accounts team, vendors, and management for data verification, approvals, and timely updates.
• Generate and analyze ERP-based reports related to project progress, billing, inventory/stock, and expenses.
• Maintain proper documentation and digital records in line with company standards and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate ERP reports and supporting data.
• Assist management with contract-related data, tracking, and compliance as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Farvision preferred).
• Basic understanding of construction/real estate project workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email communication.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry.
• Well-organized, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
