About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. As an Insurance Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a book of work, ensuring timely delivery on all cases as per SLAs, and understanding the process to execute case/requests as per the training provided and guidelines outlined in process manuals.
You will work closely with the team to build and transition functional capability to the service centre, complete all training-related activities when assigned, and escalate any processing delays or open queries to PL/TMs after due investigation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a book of work and ensure timely delivery on all cases as per SLAs
• Understand the process and execute case/requests as per the training provided and guidelines outlined in process manuals
• Complete all training-related activities when assigned
• Evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a graduate degree in any field, be flexible to work in any shifts as per business requirement, have a decent command on written and oral communication, patience, and a knack for reading.
You should also practice due diligence and take ownership of the work, adapt quickly, and have good organization and time management skills to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
