About the Job
AU Small Finance Bank in Jaipur invites applications for the position of Legal Associate in its Legal Team.
The successful candidate will manage disputes and legal concerns related to the bank's branches, including infrastructure and administrative matters.
Main Tasks:
• Handle legal issues related to the bank's infrastructure and administrative operations.
• Address disputes arising from property matters, vendor agreements, lease agreements, and other infra-related concerns.
Key Objectives:
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, including lease deeds, MOU's, and other contracts related to branch infrastructure and administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations in all transactions.
Supporting Activities:
• Assist in litigation matters involving the bank, including drafting notices, replies, and pleadings.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and represent the bank in hearings if required.
• Provide legal guidance to the infrastructure and administration teams for seamless branch operations.
• Advise on risk management strategies to minimize disputes and legal exposure.
Requirements:
• LLB/LLM qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of property and contract laws.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple legal cases and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
