To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Contract Management Administrator to join our team.

The Role: Reporting to the Contract Management Lead, purpose of the role is to provide contract administrative and operational support across a span of Operations and Maintenance contracts encompassing services and materials, enabling Arrow to protect value and minimize risk.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

In addition, you will:

Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.

Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.

Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.

Review, analyse and administer contracts in accordance with their agreement terms; scope; and compliance requirements.

Provide financial control by certifying costs and claims are in accordance with the terms of their agreement including the processing of purchase orders and invoices as well as validating supporting data, schedules, budgets and reports.

Work with legal, procurement, site operations, and engineering teams to manage contracts and portfolios effectively, following contractual obligations and internal policies. This may include, but is not limited to, data entry, Tender Board support, vendor queries, and general administrative tasks.

Identify and report on trends, key performance indicators, opportunities, and areas for improvement for both internal and external contract administration. Furthermore, assist in providing support for mitigating measures for potential risks identified.

Maintain accurate contract files, records and communications with strict adherence to confidentiality.

About You

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

Qualifications: High School / FE College [OR] 2 A Levels [OR] BTEC Higher National Diploma and up to 3 years’ experience administering components within contracts.

Demonstrated track record in supporting the implementation of contracts.

Good working knowledge of forms of Contracts, with exposure to KPIs.

Experience with administering support software pertaining to the contract (SAP).

Oil and Gas Industry knowledge is desirable and knowledge of field-based operations and maintenance practices
