Required Skills and Qualifications: A very good understanding of procurement policies and legislation under the Commonwealth Resource Management Framework is essential for this role. The successful candidate will also have experience running end-to-end labour hire procurements and/or a general understanding of End User License Agreements and warranties. Additionally, they should have demonstrated experience developing procurement documents in consultation with stakeholders and using Commonwealth panel arrangements for labour hire, ICT hardware and ICT software products.
