Job description (About the Role)
o Drafting agreements to meet business requirements.
o Review and Negotiations for Agreements.
o Day-to-day business support.
o Undertaking execution of agreements and maintaining a repository of the same.
o Providing support in creating templates for various business transactions from scratch.
What you will bring :
o Ability to research and solve problems.
o Good knowledge of Contracts and associated laws.
o Ability to research and advise on laws.
o Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
o Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
o Self-starter with excellent business discernment, legal acumen, and ability to work both cross functionally and independently.
o Ability to manage and coordinate with stakeholders independently.
Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
o Managing the entire contract lifecycle management.
o Maintaining standard contracting process and following protocols for internal contract review.
o Drafting and review of Agreements licensing agreements, service agreements, leave and license agreements, vendor agreements, procurement agreements etc.
Job Specification (What Will You Need)
o Qualified LLB
o Minimum 4-5 years of experience in contract review drafting and negotiation.
