• Banking Changes
• Override Changes
• License Updates
• E&O Updates
• Actioning Expired License Tasks (email advisor templated email, advisor holds, etc.)
• Actioning Expired E&O Tasks (email advisor templated email, advisor holds, etc.)
• Assist Advisors with non-resident licensing
• Assist Advisors with licensing inquiries
• Assist advisors with CE credit inquiries
• Send out contracting packages (as required by the contracting team)
• Review received contracting packages and submit for processing, as requested by the contracting team (as required by the contracting team)
• Assist advisors with name change
• Assist advisors with change of incorporation (personal to corporate or corporate to personal) (as required by the contracting team)
• Assist with Transfer Out and Orphan reassignment project
• Assist advisors with APEXA support - updating license, E&O, contact information, completing their annual attestation, etc.
