We have an opportunity within our After Sales and Service department, serving as the primary communication channel for contractors, ensuring timely support.
What you will be doing?
Lead the onboarding and induction of new contractors
Prepare contractor agreements and ensure compliance and renewals are constantly maintained
Review, update and maintain accuracy of the company's pricing and contractor rates across internal systems and published schedules
Obtain and compile Safety and Quality Audit data, report on key findings
Research, analyse and report on market trends
Provide information and system training and support to contractors
Manage contractor/technician and customer complaints
Respond to phone and email enquiries from contractors

Role based in Keysborough (relocating to Braeside in early 2026)

What we are looking for:
Strong customer focus and the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Well-developed compliance administration skills
A confident and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Experience in an after sales and service role (ideal but not essential)
