Job Description
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the effective delivery of project contract and commercial activities. Working closely with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, engineers, and design teams, you will play a key role in administering contract packages and ensuring project commitments and milestones are achieved in accordance with company procedures.
About the role
Prepare, administer, and manage contract packages.
Maintain contract schedules, tenderer registers, and accurate project contract data.
Prepare and assess contract variations, progress claims, and commercial documentation.
Contribute to scopes of work, contract conditions, and assist with contract dispute resolution.
Support the Project and Contracts Managers through regular reporting and ongoing commercial advice.
Liaise with engineers and design teams to monitor progress and support the achievement of project milestones.
About you
Experience in contracts administration or commercial support within and EPCM environment.
Sound knowledge of contract administration principles and variation management.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and commercial teams.
