O'Connor Contracting are seeking an experienced contracts administrator to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administrative support for the project, including:
Providing wide-ranging project and administrative support to the General Manager (Projects) and wider Project team.
Responsible for the management and coordination of the Project Group’s administration, including preparation of documentation, meeting planning,
agenda preparation and dissemination and recording action items.
Organisation and management of Project documentation and filing.
Coordination of team travel including accommodation, travel bookings and reconciliation against budget and purchase orders
Preliminary document control support
Assistance in progress reporting and document coordination.
To be considered for this post you must meet the following requirements:
Have strong time management and organisational skills
Analytical thinker and someone who can easily adapt to change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Travel bookings
Have advanced skills in Microsoft office - essential
Be able to offer administrative support to the team as required
Suitable applicants should hold a relevant qualification, or have at least 3 years of relevant experience. A legal or Construction based background would be preferable.
Salary will be approx $70,000 - +0,000 per year.
