Location: Mumbai, India (with up to 10% travel across India)

Role Overview
The Contracts Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining service contracts within our systems, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with company processes. This is primarily a backend role with occasional client-facing interactions to gather contract-related details and ensure smooth communication. The role requires excellent Excel skills and strong comfort with collaboration tools such as MS Teams to handle day-to-day operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain managed service contracts within internal systems. Ensure accuracy of contract terms, dates, renewals, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and occasionally with clients to capture contract-related inputs. Generate and maintain reports in Excel to track renewals, expirations, and key client commitments. Support the Contracts Manager in preparing summaries, dashboards, and MIS reporting. Travel up to 10% across India to client sites for contract discussions or clarifications. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or related backend processes. Strong skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboard creation) and working knowledge of MS Teams . Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Good written and verbal communication skills for basic client interactions.
